Entrepreneurship is the engine of economic growth and innovation, but the path from a great idea to a successful business is fraught with challenges. Many ventures fail not because of a bad idea, but due to a lack of fundamental skills in planning, execution, and resilience. This course is designed to demystify the entrepreneurial process and equip aspiring and early-stage founders with the essential toolkit for success.
This practical, hands-on program goes beyond theory to address the real-world hurdles entrepreneurs face. Participants will learn how to validate their ideas, build a lean business model, understand their market, secure funding, and navigate the operational, financial, and personal challenges of starting and growing a venture. This is your foundational guide to turning passion into a viable and sustainable business.
