The dominant narrative around Artificial Intelligence has long been one of automation and replacement—machines taking over human tasks. But this is a limited and ultimately outdated view. The true transformative power of AI lies not in replacing humans, but in augmenting them. The future of work is a symbiotic partnership, where human intuition, creativity, and ethics are powerfully amplified by AI’s speed, scalability, and analytical depth. This new paradigm requires a fundamental reimagining of processes, roles, and organizational structures.
This five-day course is designed for leaders and practitioners ready to move beyond fear and automation to explore the profound possibilities of human-AI collaboration. We will explore the frameworks, strategies, and mindsets needed to design work systems where humans and AI co-create, co-decide, and co-evolve. This is not a technical course on building AI, but a strategic and human-centered course on building with AI, unlocking new levels of innovation, productivity, and meaning in work.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
-
Articulate the Augmentation Paradigm: Differentiate between automation and augmentation and make a compelling case for human-AI collaboration as a strategic advantage.
-
Design Hybrid Workflows: Analyze existing processes and redesign them to optimally distribute tasks between humans and AI, maximizing the strengths of each.
-
Develop a Collaboration Framework: Apply models like the “Human-AI Teaming Loop” to structure effective interactions, feedback mechanisms, and handoffs.
-
Cultivate Essential Human Skills: Identify and foster the uniquely human capabilities (critical thinking, creativity, empathy, ethical judgment) that become most valuable in an AI-augmented workplace.
-
Lead the Cultural Shift: Develop strategies to overcome resistance, build trust in AI systems, and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
-
Evaluate and Measure Collaboration: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness and ROI of human-AI collaborative systems, not just their efficiency
