  • Creating and Maintaining a Dynamic Risk Register.

  • Crisis Management: Preparing for and responding to black swan events.

• Afternoon Session: Integrated Capstone Project & Assessment

  • Final Assessment: Participants are given a complex project scenario and must develop an integrated management plan covering site, cost, and risk elements.
